Bill "the Sauce Boss" Wharton has been playing Florida Blues for close to 30 years. He has combined his great gift for playing with his love of cooking and touts to have served over 90,000 people for free - "McDonald's can't say that!". Wharton puts on an incredible show and with the assistance of his wife, he invites the crowd to help whip up some southern style gumbo and serves it up after the show.
