Although guitarist Kenny "Blue" Ray may not be the most recognized name in Blues, he has been featured on over 30 albums and has released twelve CDs in the past eight years. Kenny has recorded, toured and/or played with many of the great Blues masters such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, John Lee Hooker, James Cotton, Ronnie Earl just to name a few. I had the great pleasure of meeting up with Kenny following his performance with Johnny Sansone at the Ottawa Bluesfest on 7/12/02. At that time, I knew I had been witness to a true Blues master but had no idea just how influential he has been in keeping the Blues alive for us to enjoy. We have three of his discs available direct from Nadeau Music and at the time of this posting, "Got Blues" is currently #18 on the charts.
