Los Blancos is one of Syracuse's most favorite homebrewed group of musicians that seem to always get the place rocking and wanting more. Very cool mix of Blues/Cajun/Roots/Rock. The guys have teamed up with other area musicians to record "Cookin' With the Cats - the Salt & Pepper Sessions" to benefit the children of the Eisenhut and Dorn familes. Pamela Eisenhut and Rob Dorn were important influences on the band members and supported the independent music scene. The disc has our vote for best release in 2004. The guys will be heading into the studio in the next few weeks to record a new album.
