Carolyn Wonderland

Born Carolyn Bradford on November 9, 1972 in Houston, Texas. Carolyn is the child of a singer in a band and she learned to play guitar on her mother’s Martin. By the age of 15, Carolyn was playing out for gigs in the Houston area. She left school prior to graduating to pursue her music career.

She recorded with the Imperial Monkeys until her move to Austin, Texas in 1999. Carolyn would be essentially homeless, living out of her van, for the first few years after her move to Austin. She would gain a strong following in the post SRV and Texas Blues popularity.

Carolyn has released six albums with a new release expected sometime in 2020. She has been recording and touring as lead guitarist for John Mayall since 2018 and was in the studio Mayall’s recent project expected to be released in 2020.
